Fit and Sizing:

How do I find out what size I am?

If you are consistently the same size across brands, order the same from us.
You can find a more detailed sizing chart here.

Do you make custom made dresses?

We do make custom dresses, but we can tailor the dress as per your requirements but we recommend you to visit our store for custom fits.

Will the fabric affect the fit?

Yes. Some fabrics can make the fit a little looser or a little tighter. Hence, we recommend you visiting our store.

 

Ordering Online, Shipping and Returns:

Can I order even though the product is out of stock?

You can order even if the product is out of stock. Payment will be taken upon placing your order. The estimated delivery date for the product will vary for out of stock products.

Any ‘Sold Out’ item cannot be bought.

How will you ship my product?

Orders within the India will be shipped via DTDC next working day delivery.

Orders from outside India will be sent via FedEx international service.

You will receive an intimation regarding shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your product leaves the store.

Can I return my product if they don’t fit etc?

Where do you make?

We make most of our collections in our own studio & workshop at Shahpur Jat, New Delhi. Here we conceptualize the design, discuss the custom fits with our clients and manufacture all the products with our in-house team of professionals. 

Where are you based?

We are based at the heart of the capital, Shahpur Jat, Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

How will you ship my product?

Orders within India will be shipped via DTDC courier services. You will be sent an intimation when the product is dispatched from our end. Orders from outside India will be sent via FedEx international service. An intimation will be sent to you as the product is dispatched along with a tracking number.

How should I wash my product?

Every dress is made out of different fabric, material and has intrinsic embroidery pattern on it, hence washing instructions may vary as per the product. We will personally provide you the washing instruction of a product once you buy it.
