SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver products domestically and internationally using DHL or local courier services.

International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are generally dispatched within 25 business days during off-season and 30-45 days during peak season. Delivery timelines are estimated between 20-27 business days depending on your location.

All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers expense. International orders can be tracked through the postal service website using the tracking number provided.

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE

Refunds are strictly subject to our Terms and Conditions. Cancellations due to a 'change of mind' are only permitted within 2–3 days of the ordering process. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any issues occurring after the sale; instead, we will provide a free alteration or reimburse you for the alteration costs. Alterations can only be done within India.

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days within India, International delivery time frames differ for each Country; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
